Hey now – hope you’re not all forever alone on V-Day, but if you are: go to your local butcher/grocer, pick up a rib end pork roast, & follow my instructions on how to put a smile on your face AND fill your belly with deliciousness!
Ingredients optional – be creative and try your own blend. The key is getting enough sugar into your sauce so that the roast browns, crisps, and creates a juicy coat comparable to the nectar of the gods.
